LIFE RECENTLY

Hello~ I’ve been away since my placement because a nasty cold, but I thought I’d come back to do a little update on life for the past two weeks!

I came back to school after a week of being sick, and it was so good to get back to it. We’ve done more practical interpreting training, which has been nice after a long period of mostly focusing on theory and literature! On Friday we also got a semla from school, one of my favourite Fika treats (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

I went to the cinema with my fiancé to see the Housemaid, after reading (and listening to) the books with her. It was fun and camp, and unfortunately Sydney Sweeney is very pretty haha!

I went to look for new glasses with a friend, it was a very cute little friendship date!! I’m still unsure of what frames to go for, but I want an ’office siren’ type vibe, that is still appropriate for interpreting in terms of visuals. Let me know what you think!

I spent two days in the recording studio with my friend William and Zack to properly re-record my EP, as well as two new songs. William is doing drums for the project, and here he is contemplating the sound (˶˃𐃷˂˶)

Zack is redoing the prods, and they sound amazing. I love having friends who are so talented, and are willing to help me with Mycobaby!!

Finally I’ve been nursing some new snail babies in one of my aquariums, they are so so tiny and cute, but the size of a grain of sand at the moment, so I couldn’t get any good pictures of them. But I also found that it makes for great pictures of myself so it’s all good!!

And that’s all I have to tell you about my life at the moment! Currently I’m at a convention though so I’m planning to do several updates on my time here~ I hope you enjoyed the read!
